Indie World is back. Nintendo ran its second Indie World of the year this morning, a roughly 15-minute show that aired at 10 a.m. ET, Nintendo World Report noted. It was a fast run of Switch and Switch 2 dates, with a couple of genuine surprises.

Witchbrook finally has a date. The long-awaited cozy witch life sim opened the show with a January 28, 2027 release date, GameSpot reports.

City of None, from a Celeste co-creator. Extremely OK Games revealed City of None, a platforming adventure through a city run by “ravenous Barons,” with new abilities to find and five sectors you reach by train. It’s due on Switch 2 and Switch in early 2027, per Nintendo Everything.

The other big dates:

  • Sword of the Sea comes to Switch 2 tomorrow, October 29, ending its PlayStation console exclusivity.
  • Slime Rancher 2 lands on Switch 2 in January 2027.
  • Spirit Crossing, the life sim MMO from the makers of Cozy Grove, arrives November 16, and TheGamer says it will be console-exclusive to Nintendo.
  • Raccoin: Chaos Max Edition hits Switch 2 on November 10, with a demo out now.
  • Super Battle Golf comes to Switch 2 on March 25, 2027, and the six-player co-op horror hit REPO is coming to Switch in 2027.
  • Winds of Viridia launches in early 2027 and has a demo available now.
  • Petal Runner is out March 8, 2027, My Arms Are Longer Now on March 11, 2027, and Dumpster Gang in March 2027.
  • Haunted Paws arrives in May 2027, Kitsune: The Journey of Adashino in spring 2027, Threads of Time in summer 2027, and Tenjutsu sometime in 2027.

PPR take: No shadow-drop bombshell this time, but a firm Witchbrook date and a new game from a Celeste co-creator make this one worth the 15 minutes. REPO on Switch should be chaos in the best way.
